Returns

Returns of unwanted goods are accepted within 15 days of your purchase. A refund will be issued, provided the goods are returned in their original packaging, undamaged or altered and fully fit for re-sale.

If you decide you no longer require the goods that you have ordered, simply let our Customer Service team know. You may return the goods at your own cost or use our collection service, for which a fee may apply.

Some goods are subject to a re-stocking fee and some goods are none- returnable, for example but not limited to goods from our first Aid and Hygiene ranges. If in doubt please contact Customer Services team before placing your order.

Faulty goods may returned for a full refund, provided the garment is covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty, these warranties vary depending on brand and type of product.

Garments that have been decorated on your behalf may not be returned unless faulty.
